Refund policy

Please contact us right away if you’re in any way unsatisfied with the products you purchased. We will do everything we can to resolve any problems so that you have a stress-free, positive experience shopping with Wendy Creative.

We will issue a refund (minus the cost of shipping). Return postage is paid for by customer. Please note that you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. Items must be in their original packaging.

Returns must be in original condition with applicable tags intact.

Commission and personalized (engraved) items are final sales.
